General Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product organization. A General Warehouse Associate ensures smooth warehouse operations by handling materials safely, maintaining accurate records, and supporting logistics teams. The General Warehouse Associate plays an important role in keeping product flow efficient and timely.

A successful General Warehouse Associate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packed, stored, and shipped according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments as a General Warehouse Associate.

• Verify and record incoming and outgoing goods.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

• Use scanners or systems for tracking inventory.

• Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment.

• Work with logistics and inventory teams for daily operations.

• Identify damaged goods and report issues.

• Support other General Warehouse Associates with packaging and labeling.

Requirements And Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience as a General Warehouse Associate or warehouse worker preferred.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Commitment to workplace safety and accuracy.
