Job Summary:

A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in assigned areas. The Cleaner ensures that all rooms, hallways, and workspaces are sanitized, dust-free, and safe. The Cleaner plays a vital role in creating a positive and healthy environment for employees and visitors. An efficient Cleaner performs routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.

The Cleaner also replenishes supplies, removes trash, and follows safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. The Cleaner ensures all cleaning duties are completed on time and maintains the highest level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties as a Cleaner including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

• Disinfect restrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces.

• Empty trash bins and replace liners.

• Operate cleaning machines and handle cleaning agents safely.

• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists.

• Report maintenance issues to supervisors.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Maintain all cleaning tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements And Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a Cleaner preferred.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
