Job Summary:

The Retail Store Associate supports all aspects of daily store operations including customer service, sales, inventory management, and merchandising. A Retail Store Associate ensures customers have a pleasant shopping experience by providing professional assistance and maintaining a clean, organized environment. The Retail Store Associate helps achieve store sales targets through excellent communication and teamwork.

A successful Retail Store Associate is customer-focused, proactive, and dependable. The Retail Store Associate must handle transactions accurately, restock merchandise, and follow company guidelines to maintain a positive store image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers as a Retail Store Associate.

• Process payments, returns, and exchanges.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.

• Stock shelves and ensure accurate pricing.

• Help achieve sales goals through exceptional service.

• Support team members and supervisors during busy hours.

• Stay updated on promotions and new products.

• Ensure compliance with all store procedures.

Requirements And Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience as a Retail Store Associate or in retail operations preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

• Basic computer and POS skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
