Job Summary:

A Retail Team Member plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store organization, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. The Retail Team Member works collaboratively with others to ensure customers enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. A Retail Team Member may assist with sales, stocking, cashiering, and merchandising depending on store needs.

The ideal Retail Team Member is dependable, flexible, and enthusiastic. A Retail Team Member must be willing to learn, multitask, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as a Retail Team Member.

• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.

• Restock shelves and organize displays.

• Support merchandising and promotional activities.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

• Collaborate with other Retail Team Members to meet sales goals.

• Follow all operational and safety policies.

Requirements And Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a Retail Team Member or in retail preferred.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Basic math and computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
