Compensation

• Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based monthly bonuses with total earning potential of up to $23.60/hour

• Annual Earning Potential: Up to $49,000 in your first year

Schedule

• Friday – Tuesday: 3:00 PM to Close

• Wednesday & Thursday: OFF

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative delivers a superior, friendly, and efficient rental experience by assisting customers with transactions, offering additional services, and ensuring smooth rental and return processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

• Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and available services (protection products, upgrades, fuel options, additional equipment).

• Provide directions, maps, local area information, and other service details.

• Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general inquiries, and resolution support.

• Make outbound calls for callbacks and other follow-up needs.

• Inspect and assess vehicle condition upon return; report issues to management.

• Notify management of customer service concerns or vehicle maintenance needs.

• Continuously build knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
