Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Backroom Associate to join our dynamic retail operations team. The Backroom Associate plays a vital role in maintaining store efficiency, ensuring that inventory is well-organized, and supporting daily operations behind the scenes. As a Backroom Associate, you will be responsible for managing stock, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining an organized backroom environment. Key Responsibilities
Receive, unpack, and organize shipments as a Backroom Associate while maintaining accuracy in inventory counts.
Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible in the backroom area.
Work closely with store associates to replenish shelves and stock the sales floor efficiently.
Assist in conducting regular inventory audits as a Backroom Associate, ensuring accurate product tracking and loss prevention.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the backroom environment.
Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks or stock carts, following safety guidelines.
Support the sales team by locating products promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
As a Backroom Associate, communicate effectively with management to report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in inventory.
Contribute to team goals by performing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
