A Sales Associate is a key member of the retail team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales goals. The Sales Associate plays an essential role in assisting customers, answering product questions, and providing personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience. The Sales Associate must be approachable, knowledgeable, and motivated to meet both individual and team sales targets.

The Sales Associate engages with customers on the sales floor, processes transactions, and maintains an organized and welcoming environment. A successful Sales Associate listens to customer needs, provides product information, and offers solutions to help customers make confident purchasing decisions. The Sales Associate also assists in restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping merchandise presentable to maximize store appeal.

In addition to customer interactions, the Sales Associate is responsible for learning about current promotions, staying up to date on product features, and applying suggestive selling techniques. The Sales Associate works closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales objectives and provide consistent service. Requirements and Qualifications:
