We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician. In this role, you will perform service, repair, preventive maintenance, vehicle reconditioning, and in-fleeting service in alignment with company policies and procedures. This position requires strong judgment, initiative, and a focus on customer needs, while adhering to our Quality Standards.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay Range: $24.00 – $28.00/hour (based on ASE certifications)

• Hourly Pay (Not Flat Rate): Paid for all hours worked

Schedule

• Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Thursday & Friday: OFF

• Saturday – Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance per manufacturer specifications and guidelines.

• Complete manufacturer training and perform warranty/recall repairs.

• Conduct ADA installations upon required training completion.

• Accurately document repair history, including parts used and steps taken, on Repair Orders.

• Deliver safe, reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs.

• Adhere to parts and inventory tracking procedures.

• Use manufacturer websites, diagnostic software, and tools effectively.

• Support fleet processes such as LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation, and buy-backs.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Stay updated with job knowledge through company/manufacturer training.

• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Perform manual labor (bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods).

• Carry out other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop with current model vehicles.

• At least 4 valid ASE certifications required.

• Knowledge of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures a plus.

• Valid driver's license with:

  • No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.

  • No drug- or alcohol-related convictions (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years.

• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

• Must pass pre-employment drug test and be subject to random testing.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
