Job Summary:

The Retail Warehouse Associate ensures efficient movement of goods within the warehouse and retail environment. A Retail Warehouse Associate handles shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory management. The Retail Warehouse Associate supports store operations by keeping merchandise organized and readily available for the sales floor.

A dependable Retail Warehouse Associate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious. The Retail Warehouse Associate must follow inventory procedures, operate equipment safely, and maintain accuracy in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process shipments as a Retail Warehouse Associate.

• Organize and store products efficiently.

• Assist with stock replenishment and order fulfillment.

• Perform inventory checks and record discrepancies.

• Keep warehouse and backroom areas clean and safe.

• Support retail teams with merchandise transfers.

• Follow safety and handling protocols.

• Collaborate with other Retail Warehouse Associates for smooth workflow.

Requirements And Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience as a Retail Warehouse Associate or warehouse worker preferred.

• Physical stamina to lift and move products safely.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems or inventory tools.
