TMDR Attendant

Job Overview

We are looking for a TMDR Attendant to provide reliable support in monitoring, assisting, and coordinating daily transportation and mobility operations. The attendant will play a key role in ensuring smooth traffic management, assisting customers, and maintaining safe and efficient operations within the TMDR system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor traffic management systems and equipment to ensure proper operation.

• Assist customers, drivers, or visitors with directions, instructions, and information.

• Respond promptly to inquiries, incidents, or requests for support.

• Maintain logs and records of daily activities, events, or equipment issues.

• Report operational concerns, safety hazards, or technical malfunctions to supervisors.

• Support enforcement of rules, safety policies, and operational standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient flow of vehicles and people.

• Respond promptly to inquiries, incidents, or requests for support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in customer service, facilities, or transportation operations preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to stay alert and responsive during shifts.

• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
