Job Summary:

A Warehouse Worker is a core member of any logistics and supply chain team, responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of goods within the warehouse. The Warehouse Worker ensures that products are received, stored, and shipped on time, maintaining the highest standards of organization, safety, and productivity. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in all stages of warehouse operations - from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery.

The Warehouse Worker contributes to smooth daily operations by maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse tasks as a Warehouse Worker.

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.

• Load and unload delivery trucks safely.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as a Warehouse Worker.

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.

• Collaborate with team members to meet shipping and production goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a similar warehouse role preferred.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy products safely.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and physically capable.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
