Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. A Retail Sales Associate greets customers, assists with product inquiries, processes sales transactions, and ensures merchandise displays are attractive and accurate. The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in achieving store sales goals and creating a positive shopping experience.

A successful Retail Sales Associate must have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a friendly, customer-first attitude. The Retail Sales Associate also helps with restocking, inventory checks, and promoting store specials to maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as a Retail Sales Associate.

• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.

• Process transactions accurately through POS systems.

• Maintain store presentation and merchandise displays.

• Restock shelves and organize products.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements And Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate or in a customer service role preferred.
