A Merchandise Associate is responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed, organized, and maintained to create a positive shopping experience. The Merchandise Associate plays a key role in stocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory to meet company standards. By maintaining a clean and well-organized sales floor, the Merchandise Associate contributes to both customer satisfaction and overall store success.

The Merchandise Associate will handle daily responsibilities such as unpacking deliveries, stocking merchandise, arranging product displays, and ensuring items are easy for customers to locate. The Merchandise Associate will also be expected to check for damaged or expired products, rotate stock, and help maintain accurate inventory levels. A reliable Merchandise Associate understands the importance of merchandising standards, product placement, and promotional displays in attracting and assisting customers.

In addition, the Merchandise Associate works closely with the sales team and supervisors to support store operations. The Merchandise Associate may also interact with customers by answering basic questions about merchandise location and availability. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of inventory processes and merchandising principles.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work with a team.
