Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Representative plays an essential role in providing outstanding customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. A Retail Sales Representative assists customers in finding products, provides product knowledge, processes transactions, and ensures every customer leaves satisfied. The Retail Sales Representative contributes directly to store sales performance and helps build lasting customer relationships.

An effective Retail Sales Representative demonstrates strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills. The Retail Sales Representative must stay updated on product information, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as a Retail Sales Representative.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges.

• Maintain attractive product displays and organized shelves.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Handle customer questions and concerns promptly.

• Support other Retail Sales Representatives in achieving team targets.

• Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.

Requirements And Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience as a Retail Sales Representative or in customer service preferred.

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling.

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
