Management Trainee Intern

Overview

If you're looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship offers the chance to build real-world business and leadership skills that stand out on your resume. As a paid intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to run a successful business while acquiring highly marketable skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and team management.

From day one, you'll take on the same challenges as our full-time Management Trainees, learning in a team-based environment where your peers support you as you learn, grow, and have fun.

Responsibilities

As a Management Intern, you'll:

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and daily business operations.

• Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving solutions.

• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies.

• Participate in intern projects and competitions that put your skills to the test.

• Gain leadership experience and exposure to sales, customer service, and operations.

• Be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester.

• Ability to commit to a 10–12 week internship beginning December 18, 2025.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership (through work, military service, athletics, or student organizations).

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Ability to work 25 hours per week during the semester.

• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.

• Must have a valid California driver's license.
