• Targeted 1st Year Compensation: $57,000/year (average 46-hour work week)

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will:

• Learn business operations while working at one of our neighborhood branches.

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers, providing superior service.

• Manage behind-the-scenes operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics.

• Develop the skills to eventually run your own branch and lead your own team.

• Build strong community relationships to generate business growth.

• Receive continuous guidance, mentoring, and support to help you succeed.

• Thrive in a culture of friendly competition that drives performance and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.

• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available now or in the future).
