Position Summary

The Exit Booth Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental process. This customer-facing role ensures accuracy in rental documents, maintains booth operations, and delivers excellent service to enhance the customer experience.

Schedule

• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Wednesday: OFF

• Thursday: OFF

• Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rental documents accurately and completely.

• Verify vehicle information and VIN numbers for security and car control.

• Offer additional services, including refueling options, to Emerald Aisle members.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized booth and surrounding areas.

• Stock booth with supplies to meet customer needs.

• Provide undivided attention to customers, making eye contact, greeting, and thanking them at each transaction.

• Assist with directions, maps, and local area/service information.

• Resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.

• Perform additional customer service duties as required to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.

• Valid driver's license with:

  • No more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

  • No drug- or alcohol-related convictions (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

• Ability to work the set schedule (Friday–Tuesday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, off Wednesday/Thursday).
