• Track project outcomes and measure impact on cost, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

• Strong background in manufacturing processes and technologies.

• Experience with vision systems, image processing, or automation technologies.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively.
