• Target 1st Year Compensation: $57,000/year (average 46-hour work week)

Responsibilities

• Master daily business operations at a local branch.

• Deliver excellent customer service as the face of Enterprise.

• Learn sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

• Cultivate new business and community relationships.

• Build leadership skills to eventually manage your own branch and team.

• Grow in a culture of friendly competition that drives performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.

• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
